Updated three bedroom townhome with an attached two car garage, private patio and hillside views, in The Legends at Cascades community of Sylmar. The main level opens to a bright living and dining area with recessed lighting, plantation shutters and a slider to a private patio that looks out to the hills and mountains. The remodeled kitchen is finished with quartz counters, white cabinetry, a gas range, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar open to the living space. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. The laundry closet with the washer and dryer sits just off the entry. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a walk-in closet and a dual sink bath with a walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms share a full bath with a tub, and a powder room serves the main floor. Central air and heat throughout, with an oversized two car garage that enters directly into the home. The community offers a pool, spa, barbecue area, playground and guest parking. Close to the 5, 405, 210 and 118 freeways, with Sylmar Square shopping, local dining and El Cariso Community Regional Park minutes away. Some photographs are virtually staged.
