Must be experienced in person. Step back in time to enjoy the details of a home built during a slower time. Perched up the hill in Old Monterey, this home was built circa 1911 and certainly has stories to tell. Inside the gorgeous hardwood floors with an inlay and architectural features mix with all of the modern amenities to compete for attention - only to lose to the spectacular views of the Monterey Bay during the day and the twinkle of the city lights after dark. Updated kitchen and two full bathrooms and a designer sitting room/office are just a few perks. The deep driveway, detached garage with a separate art studio/exercise/storage space, basement, and a keyhole lot provide a wealth of opportunity.
