Location. Location. Location. Tucked into sought-after Panorama Heights, known as the Hollywood Hills of the High Desert, this is the baby blue house you've always driven past and wondered what was inside. Loved and cared for by the same family for over 50 years, this 1955 mid-century one bedroom home is perched high on the hill with some of the best views of the valley. It sits on 2.49 acres and offers 826 square feet of charm and one-of-a-kind character. Inside, concrete floors run throughout, and two rock fireplaces anchor the home, one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. The home also features a three-quarter bath with a shower and a half bath, two brand new mini splits, and a brand new roof, so the big-ticket items are already taken care of. Privacy comes easy here with two gated entrances, and behind the home to the north a small lower tier invites you to relax and stargaze under dark desert skies free of light pollution. This single family residence is on hauled water. Directly across the street from Copper Mountain College and the famous Mas o Menos coffee shop, this location simply can't be beat. Come see it before someone else does.
